Lamb
Our Lamb is like our beef, only sourced from producers who care greatly for the welfare of their sheep, The meat is succulently sweet & tender due to the lambs leading stress free livestyle. We source our lamb from the central North Island region which is renound for producing well rounded, tender and succulent lambs. Our lamb is then matured & aged using traditional methods for up to 14 days to ensure the sweet flavours develop and allowing the meat to become incredibly tender. Once again like our Beef, all our lamb must be Quality mark certified & approved by the NZ Beef & Lamb Marketing Bureau before it gets in our butchery door.
