All our Pork is 100% New Zealand Pork or Free Range. This is because we care for the welfare of the animals. All our Free Range pigs are sourced through Freedom Farms, who only represent dedicated Pig farmers that care passionately for the welfare of their pigs and take pride in ensuring they lead happy, contented, stress free lives outdoors at the foot of the Southern Alps. Because of this wonderful lifestyle Free Range pigs have lower Ph levels in their meat than that of caged pigs, making for a more tender and flavoursome meat.
