Beef
We only source meat from a selected group of passionate beef producers, all of whose first priority is ensuring the quality of their meat is second to none. Our beef is then matured & aged using traditional methods for up to 21 days. This allows time for the rich flavours to develop and for the meat to become incredibly tender. So when it reaches your plate, the meat not only has excellent marbling, it also has the fullest of flavours and that melt in your mouth tenderness you usually only dream of. Please note that the marbling of fat in the meat is what gives the meat the flavour as it cooks.
All our beef must be Quality Mark Approved by the NZ Beef & Lamb Marketing Bureau to get into the Stubbs Village Butchery door.
